Hello, my name is Diego. I’m 32 years old. I work in a high-tech hardware sales company. I have to perform many repetitive tasks such as answering hundreds of questions from our customers and suppliers. It takes a lot of my time because I have to fetch the answers from several different databases, formulate the answer and transmit to the people. This prevents me from moving forward on other tasks more essential to the work I do. My manager thinks you can give us a solution to our problem.
